Fuller Technologies Italy seeks a Control Systems Engineer to design, program, and support machine automation across industrial projects. The role emphasizes PLC, HMI, SCADA solutions, modular software, and cross-disciplinary collaboration with Electrical, Mechanical, Service, and Production teams.

You will develop reusable libraries and robust control software, support FAT and site testing, and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering methods within a global, inclusive culture.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Automation/Software Engineering or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in industrial controls, machine control, automation, or process control.
• Practical knowledge of control system design, programming, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of PLC, HMI, SCADA, industrial networks, and communication protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical specifications.

Mansioni

• Execute control systems engineering, design, configuration, and programming activities for assigned product/project or system areas.
• Develop and configure control system solutions, including PLC, HMI, SCADA, and related automation systems as applicable.
• Develop structured, modular, maintainable, and reusable automation software in accordance with established architectures and standards.
• Apply structured and object-oriented programming principles to support scalable machine control solutions.
• Develop and maintain reusable software libraries, function blocks, modules, and standard control solutions for use across products and projects.
• Design and configure industrial communication and network solutions within established standards.
• Support integration of machine control systems with equipment and plant systems.
• Prepare system documentation, drawings, manuals, and other technical deliverables.
• Develop and maintain engineering documentation in line with project and company requirements.
• Participate in testing, FAT, and site commissioning activities.
• Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to coordinate control system requirements.
