Job summary

Fuller Technologies invites a motivated Control System Engineer to join its multidisciplinary team in Italy. You will design, configure, and support PLC-based control systems for industrial machinery, developing reusable software and robust automation solutions across projects.

You bring a Bachelor’s degree in Automation/Software Engineering or related field and 1–3 years of practical experience. The role emphasizes collaboration, continuous learning, and delivering safe, efficient control

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Automation/Software Engineering, Control Systems Engineering or related field is required.
1-3 years of experience in industrial controls, machine control or related field.
Practical knowledge of control system design, programming, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Working knowledge of PLC, HMI, SCADA and industrial networks.

Responsibilities

Execute control systems engineering, design, configuration and programming for product/project areas.
Develop and configure PLC, HMI, SCADA and related automation systems.
Create structured, modular automation software per standards.
Develop reusable libraries, function blocks and standard control solutions.
Prepare system documentation, drawings and technical deliverables.
Participate in FAT, commissioning and site testing.
Provide technical support to internal and external resources.
