Job summary

Stellantis, within Peugeot Sport (Stellantis Motorsport), invites applications for an Incentive Programs Intern to support dealer incentive design and performance analysis in a fast-moving automotive environment.

You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing and Communications, develop and monitor incentive campaigns, and benchmark competitors while growing your analytical, Excel, and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Management Engineering, Marketing or similar (ongoing).
• Fluent level of English and Italian (written, spoken and comprehension).
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Creative, proactive and open-minded person able to bring new ideas and solutions.
• Team building skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel is essential).
• Interest in automotive and commercial dynamics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support in the development and implementation of dealer incentive programs.
• Monitoring and analysis of commercial performance linked to incentive campaigns.
• Data analysis and reporting (sales performance, KPIs tracking).
• Coordination with internal departments (Sales, Finance, Marketing, Communication) for program execution.
• Benchmark analysis of competitors’ incentive schemes.
• Support in communication and rollout of incentive initiatives to the dealer network.
