Job summary

Stellantis is seeking a motivated intern to gain hands-on experience in vehicle quality analysis and data-driven problem solving. You will support reducing defects in the field and learn to analyze field issues across vehicle areas or propulsion systems under experienced guidance.

The role offers exposure to multiple data sources, including warranty claims, DID and OTA data, and provides hands-on experience with AI and big data analytics tools used in problem detection and reporting.

Qualifications

• Recently completed a degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Data Science or related technical field.
• Good command of English and Italian.
• Interest in data analysis, automotive quality and problem-solving.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel; familiarity with data visualization or analytics tools is a plus.
• Curiosity, attention to detail, proactivity, teamwork and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Collecting, reviewing and organizing field data related to safety, breakdowns and incidents.
• Supporting the identification and escalation of potential critical, recurring or media-sensitive issues.
• Assisting with the preliminary analysis of incoming issues, their prioritization and handover to the appropriate owner, and updating the database for known issues.
• Documenting activities in accordance with existing standards and ensuring traceability in the relevant IT systems (Palantir/Foundry, GIM/Altis/PLM).
• Exploring the use of AI and big data analytics tools for early issue detection and reporting.
