Stellantis is seeking an Incentive Programs Intern to help develop dealer incentive programs and analyze performance across the network. You will gain exposure to sales strategy, business performance management, and market analysis in a cross‑functional automotive environment.

The role suits a Master’s student in Management Engineering or Marketing, fluent in English and Italian, with strong Excel skills and an analytical mindset.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Marketing or similar (ongoing).
• Fluent level of English and Italian (written, spoken and comprehension).
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Creative, proactive and open-minded with problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel is essential).

Mansioni

• Support in the development and implementation of dealer incentive programs.
• Monitoring and analysis of commercial performance linked to incentive campaigns.
• Data analysis and reporting (sales performance, KPIs tracking).
• Coordination with internal departments (Sales, Finance, Marketing, Communication).
• Benchmark analysis of competitors’ incentive schemes.
• Support in communication and rollout of incentive initiatives to the dealer network.
