Stellantis, within Peugeot Sport (Stellantis Motorsport), invites applications for an Incentive Programs Intern to support dealer incentive design and performance analysis in a fast-moving automotive environment.

You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing and Communications, develop and monitor incentive campaigns, and benchmark competitors while growing your analytical, Excel, and teamwork skills.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Management Engineering, Marketing or similar (ongoing).
• Fluent level of English and Italian (written, spoken and comprehension).
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Creative, proactive and open-minded person able to bring new ideas and solutions.
• Team building skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel is essential).
• Interest in automotive and commercial dynamics is a plus.

Job Overview

The Incentive Programs Intern supports the team responsible for enhancing dealer performance and driving commercial growth across the network. This role provides exposure to sales strategy, business performance management, and market analysis, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and cross-functional environment. It is ideal for a highly analytical and business-oriented candidate interested in understanding how commercial initiatives contribute to achieving sales objectives within the automotive industry.
