Stellantis in Torino area seeks an analytical intern to support sales performance monitoring across European markets. You will contribute to target-setting, forecasting, and performance management in an international environment, gaining hands-on experience in automotive sales operations.

The role develops strong analytical skills and exposure to business planning, reporting, and strategic decision-making within a global mobility company.

Competenze

• Master’s Degree (ongoing) in Economics, Business Administration, Management Engineering or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office; Excel is especially important, Access is a plus.
• Fluency in English; Italian is a plus.
• Relevant data analysis and reporting skills.

Mansioni

• Support monthly target setting process governance for registrations, market share, and final customer orders for EU countries.
• Daily follow up of month-to-date actuals vs target, supporting EE Commercial Operations activities.
• Support weekly outlook (weekly reforecast) and pre-actuals governance.
• Ad hoc analysis and reporting requested by EE management.

Job Overview

The intern will support the team in monitoring sales performance and contributing to target-setting processes across European markets. The role provides exposure to business planning, performance tracking, and strategic decision-making within an international environment. This position offers the opportunity to develop strong analytical skills while gaining a comprehensive understanding of sales operations, forecasting, and performance management in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the intern include but are not limited to the following:

• Support monthly target setting process governance for registrations / market share / final customer orders for EU countries
• Daily follow up of month to date actuals vs target, supporting EE Commercial Operations activities contributing to a successful sales performance
• Support Weekly outlook (weekly reforecast) and pre-actuals (last day of the month landing estimate) processes governance
• Ad hoc analysis and reporting requested by EE management

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

Behavioral Skills:

• Able to work in a challenging and agile environment
• Proactive, committed in giving maximum support for tasks completion with critical sensibility
• Good organizational, communication, interpersonal, technical and management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across HQ and countries
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Team working

Technical Skills:

• Relevant data analysis and reporting skills, precision/attention to detail
• Master’s Degree (ongoing) in Economics, Business Administration, Management Engineering or related fields
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel especially – MS Access is a plus)
• Automotive market environment knowledge is a plus
• Language: Fluency in English, Italian is a plus
