Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of dispatcher experience in ecommerce or logistics is desired.
• Strong knowledge of the service area and proficiency with dispatching tools and GPS systems.

Responsabilités

• Receive and process orders and delivery requests from multiple channels.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes considering traffic, windows, and vehicle capacity.
• Assign tasks to drivers and monitor progress throughout the day.
• Communicate status, delays, and issues to drivers, customers, and internal teams.
• Generate daily reports on delivery performance and participate in process improvements.
