Living Spaces Furniture is seeking a Guest Services Product Specialist to drive sales by engaging guests via inbound calls, identifying needs, and recommending products. You will leverage product knowledge and a friendly style to guide guests through the purchasing process and deliver a high-quality service experience.

In this full-time role, you will handle high-volume inquiries, capture accurate notes, follow up on issues, and work with other teams as needed.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1–3 years in sales, customer service, or call center preferred.
• Experience handling inbound/outbound interactions while meeting targets is required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; knowledge of Intercom, AX, Genesys Cloud, Pega CRM is a plus.

• Answer inbound guest inquiries in a high-volume call center environment.
