Job summary

Sisolution, part of the SYS-DAT Group, is seeking a junior systems engineer for a permanent position in Italy. The role starts with Help Desk duties, handling tickets, providing technical support, and assisting with project delivery until you are fully independent.

You will join the ICT Division reporting to the Manager and work with a team of experts. A minimum of 2 years in ICT is required, with knowledge of Office 365, Windows, Linux, macOS, and networking.

Sisolution provides its clients with consulting, design, development, integration, and maintenance services for information systems and cybersecurity.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in ICT technology is required. The candidate will join the ICT Division, report directly to the Manager, and work closely with the rest of the team. Initially, the candidate will perform Help Desk duties: from handling support tickets to providing technical support to customers, as well as assisting with delivery tasks until they become fully independent.

A good knowledge of the following is required:

• of the Office 365 suite;
• of the major operating systems up to the current version (Windows, Linux, macOS);
• in the areas of networking and firewalls.
