Systal Technology Solutions is seeking a Junior IT Support Technician to provide day-to-day IT support across customer environments in Piemonte. You will assist with desktop support, hardware installations, cabling, and basic network tasks, ensuring high levels of service and efficiency.

The role offers hands-on experience across Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and IT infrastructure projects, with travel to customer sites and company locations.

Formación

• Basic knowledge of: Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, PC and laptop hardware troubleshooting
• Basic networking knowledge, including Switching, Routing, TCP/IP fundamentals, VLAN concepts, Wireless Access Points
• Experience with IT hardware installation and troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of structured cabling and network patching.
• Availability for travel and customer site visits.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
• Customer-focused attitude.
• Positive and proactive mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first and second-level IT support to end users.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot: Windows PCs and laptops, Printers and peripheral devices, Mobile devices, Standard business applications
• Support hardware deployment, replacement, and asset management activities.
• Perform structured cabling activities, including network patching and rack connections.
• Assist with installation and maintenance of network equipment.
• Support workstation rollouts, office moves, and IT infrastructure upgrades.
• Participate in staging, deployment, and migration activities.
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when required.
• Maintain technical documentation and update support tickets.
• Provide onsite support at customer locations and company sites.
