Job summary

Eda Industries S.p.A. is seeking an ICT Support person to join the Technical Office in Cittaducale (RI). The role sits in the Digitalization group and focuses on implementing and managing the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, and security.

You will work full-time on-site, collaborating across departments to promote new technologies, resolve issues, and document IT processes. Strong English is required and a technical diploma is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows Server and Linux OS.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS networks.
• Ability to configure and manage routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Understanding of virtualization and cloud concepts.
• Experience with storage, backup and disaster recovery technologies.

Requirements

• Experience with Operating Systems such as Windows Server, Linux
• Knowledge of Computer Networks, including TCO/IP, DHCP, DNS protocols
• Ability to configure and manage network devices, routers, switches, firewalls
• Knowledge of virtualization and cloud computing concepts
• Experience with storage, backup and disaster recovery technologies
• Programming and scripting skills (e.g. Python, PowerShell)
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices to protect systems and data
• Good knowledge of English
