Job summary

Sisolution, part of the SYS-DAT Group, is seeking a junior systems engineer for a permanent position in Italy. The role starts with Help Desk duties, handling tickets, providing technical support, and assisting with project delivery until you are fully independent.

You will join the ICT Division reporting to the Manager and work with a team of experts. A minimum of 2 years in ICT is required, with knowledge of Office 365, Windows, Linux, macOS, and networking.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of ICT experience required.
• Proficiency with Office 365 and major operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS).
• Knowledge of networking concepts and firewalls is essential.

Responsibilities
