Mondelēz International in Italy is seeking a Logistics and Warehousing Specialist F/M/X for a 1-year temporary assignment. You will oversee warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and collaboration with third-party logistics providers to ensure on-time deliveries, quality and compliance with HACCP guidelines.

The role requires Excel and Power BI skills, teamwork, and experience in logistics or supply chain; SAP R3 or S/4Hana knowledge is preferred.

Competenze

• Experience in logistics operations, procurement, or general supply chain functions (preferred).
• Microsoft applications, particularly Excel.
• Power BI.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Good knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP R3 and/or SAP 4Hana.
• Digitalization and automation.

Mansioni

• Review and analyze inventory errors; align SAP and WMS accuracy.
• Collaborate with service providers to ensure on-time deliveries with quality guidelines.
• Monitor inbound/outbound, co-packing, warehousing, and distribution for shelf life management.
• Perform project-related and ad hoc activities, including continuous improvement and tenders.
• Develop analyses to forecast risks and opportunities.
