Amazon Italia Logistica S.R.L. in Rovigo is hiring an ICQA Area Manager to lead inventory control, quality assurance and problem-solving within our fulfillment center.

You will supervise hourly Associates, Data Analysts, and Team Leads, drive safety and policy adherence, and align operations with network strategies to protect inventory integrity and customer experience. The role involves shift planning, KPI reviews, and coaching for continuous improvement alongside the operations team.

Competenze

• Experience in performing data analysis and understanding data sets
• Proficient in English and local language
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Previous experience leading teams

Mansioni

• Lead and supervise a team of hourly Associates within the FC inventory control and QA
• Coordinate safety programs and ensure policy adherence
• Oversee inventory control and quality assurance aligned to network strategies
• Conduct shift planning and forecasting, assign and direct work
• Review KPIs and perform quality analysis to protect inventory integrity and customer experience
