Tetra Pak in Italy seeks experienced Service Engineers to install, commission, and maintain capital equipment in food processing environments. You will troubleshoot mechanical/electrical/automation issues, train customers, and drive opportunities with internal teams.

The role requires up to 60-70% travel within Italy, collaboration with Market Operations, and adherence to safety and quality standards. A customer-focused, proactive approach is essential for success.

Competenze

• Proven experience in installation, commissioning, and maintenance of industrial equipment (preferably food processing/packaging).
• Strong technical skills in mechanical, electrical, and automation troubleshooting (HW, SW, networks).
• Experience working directly with customers with strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Capability to identify commercial opportunities and support sales activities with internal teams.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and food standards with a structured way of working.

Mansioni

• Identify and convert opportunities into sales to expand Processing Services Ice Cream business.
• Lead, plan, coordinate and execute preventive maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with the scope of delivery.
• Perform installation and commissioning for Capital equipment and installation at customer sites.
• Lead L1 & L2 Capital Equipment installations and act as lead engineer.
• Conduct operator and maintenance-related training on-site or remotely.
• Promote safe working culture and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Manage customer relationships and report on Technical Issues per process.
