Job summary

Redline Group is supporting a global electronics leader in expanding a Technical Sales role from a strong engineering background. Based in Milan with hybrid work, you will identify customer needs, build relationships and convert opportunities across Italy, leveraging Test & Measurement expertise.

The ideal candidate combines electronics knowledge with a commercial mindset and a desire to grow in sales, business development and account management within an international environment.

Qualifications

• Technical education or experience in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Test & Measurement, Instrumentation.
• Exposure to customers, sales or business development is advantageous.
• Fluent Italian and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and increase market share across Italy.
• Identify and qualify new customer and commercial opportunities.
• Use technical understanding to understand customer requirements and identify solutions.
• Build relationships with engineers, technical stakeholders and commercial decision-makers.
• Manage and grow an active customer base.
• Collaborate with internal sales, applications and technical teams to maximise opportunities.
• Support key accounts and larger commercial opportunities.
• Develop a strong understanding of Test & Measurement products and their applications.
• Progress opportunities through the sales process from engagement to conversion.
• Maintain accurate pipeline information and provide regular reporting.
