Kerry is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join its Mainland Europe Sales Support team in Italy. You will coordinate daily activities, support Key Account Managers, and ensure timely, accurate data and service delivery across the buying cycle.

Based in Italy with a hybrid work model (3 days in the office, 2 days remote), you will collaborate with R&D, Quality, Operations, Pricing, Regulatory, Finance and Supply Chain to drive projects and maintain master data accuracy, documentation, and

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience working cross-functionally in a commercial environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in master data management and SAP.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French or Spanish is considered an advantage.

Mansioni

• Act as a primary point of contact for customers, managing inquiries related to products, projects, samples, pricing, documentation, and ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Manage the project pipeline in coordination with Key Account Managers, updating status, progress, and timelines within CRM systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Operations, Pricing, Regulatory, Finance, Supply Chain) to ensure efficient project execution and alignment across commercial and operational activities.
• Coordinate complex interactions with a diverse network of internal and external stakeholders across multiple locations.
• Lead commercial data management, ensuring accurate and up-to-date master data and records in CRM and related systems.
• Prepare and support commercial documentation, including offers, quotations and tender materials.
• Maintain and update customer price lists, ensuring accurate implementation in internal systems.
• Work closely with Customer Service to ensure a seamless, high-quality customer experience.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction initiatives through proactive communication, service accuracy, and support to Key Account Managers in improving processes and interactions.
• Support Key Account Managers in organizing customer meetings, business reviews, and presentations.
