Sungrow Europe in Italy is seeking a Sales Operations Support professional to ensure smooth daily operations, accurate CRM data, and effective cross-functional coordination with logistics, finance, service, and HQ. The role emphasizes clear communication and process improvements in a fast-moving international environment.

You will prepare reports and updates to enhance visibility and decision-making, working closely with local sales teams while maintaining high data quality and efficient

Competenze

• Experience in sales operations, sales support, customer service, back-office coordination, or a similar commercial operations role.
• Structured and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple topics at once.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel, and comfortable with CRM or ERP systems.
• Clear and professional communication with colleagues, customers, and cross-functional teams in an international business environment.
• Fluent in Italian and English at C1 level.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and team-focused mindset.

Mansioni

• Support daily sales operations, including order follow-up, documentation handling, status tracking, and internal coordination.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for the local sales team and help ensure smooth communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare reports, summaries, and sales-related updates that improve visibility, planning, and decision-making.
• Maintain accurate data in CRM and other internal systems while supporting strong process consistency and data quality.
• Work closely with logistics, finance, service, and headquarters to ensure efficient execution of commercial activities.
• Help improve internal workflows by identifying operational bottlenecks and contributing to smarter, simpler processes.
