UL Solutions is seeking an Associate Sales Process Specialist to support the sales team in Carugate, Italy, with quote generation, order processing, booking, and pre- and post-sales support. You will work within established procedures to assist customers and ensure timely responses.

The role requires a high school diploma, proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems, up to 1 year of experience in sales support or a related field, and good English.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and CRM systems.
• Up to 1 year of experience in sales support, customer service, administrative support, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of business and sales processes.
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of UL Solutions' products and services to support quote generation and customer requests.
• Experience working with internal systems and managing data accurately.
• Strong communication, organizational, and administrative skills.
• Proficiency in English.

Mansioni

• Support pre- and post-sales activities to ensure TIC requirements and product or service adoption timelines.
• Prepare and share quotes using standardized pricing tools.
• Ensure customer follow-up activities are scheduled and support the conversion of quotes into orders.
• Perform administrative tasks, including data management, documentation, and customer support activities.
• Coordinate with UL personnel, including Account Managers, SEs/ISEs, delivery teams, and engineers, as needed.
• Track account history and gather data from internal systems to support account planning and opportunity identification.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and ensure timely information.
