Job summary

Off-White is seeking a Coordinator, Sales Operations to support the Wholesale business by ensuring accurate order management across the distribution network. You will work with Sales teams in Milan and the US to ensure timely order fulfillment and a consistent customer experience.

The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented approach with a focus on data accuracy, customer requirements and efficient order execution. strong communication across international teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations or Customer Service, preferably within fashion or luxury.
• Strong English and Italian communication.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer sales orders accurately into SAP, including product, quantity, pricing, delivery address and requested delivery dates.
• Process orders received by email, EDI or portal, and confirm orders back to customers.
• Act as a point of contact for customer order queries, including order status, availability, pricing and delivery timelines.
• Liaise with the sales team to support customer accounts, including confirmations, quotations and sales documentation.
• Amend, cancel or reschedule orders as requested and keep the sales team informed of changes.
• Check customer credit status and flag orders on hold to relevant teams.
• Support the sales team with new customer account setup and updates to customer master data.
• Generate and update basic reports on order volumes, delivery performance, and customer trends.
