SYSTRA in Rome, Italy is seeking a Junior Proposal Manager to support international opportunities. The role is hybrid, permanent, and based in Rome, with emphasis on analyzing tender requirements and contributing to technical bid documentation.

You will collaborate with multiple functions and business units worldwide to collect, organize, and improve bid contributions, ensuring timely and accurate submissions. English proficiency is mandatory, and additional language skills are a plus.

Competenze

• Bachelor's level degree in a technical, economic, or management field.
• Engineering or architecture background is preferable.
• Excellent command of English (minimum B2) is mandatory.

• Analyze tender documentation and client requirements (technical, managerial, financial).

Missions/Main Duties

• Analyzing tender documentation and the technical, managerial, and financial requirements requested by the client;
• Supporting the preparation of technical bid documentation, contributing to the drafting of technical reports, summary sheets, descriptive documents, work plans, tables, and annexes;
• Collaborating with various company functions, collaborating with the Business Units across the Globe, in collecting, organizing, and enhancing contributions useful to the bidding process.

Profile/Skills

Qualifications and Skills required:

• First experience or minimum experience requested as a Proposal Manager;
• Degree in technical, economic, or management-related disciplines (engineering or architecture is preferable);
• Excellent knowledge of the English language is mandatory (minimum B2)
• The knowledge of an additional language will be considered as a plus;
• Good ability to analyze and understand technical, administrative, and project documentation;
• Excellent writing, summarizing, and content organization skills;
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel;
• Ability to work toward objectives and meet defined deadlines;
• Aptitude for working in multidisciplinary teams;
• Accuracy, reliability, and attention to the quality of work;
• Organizational skills and effective priority management;
• Analytical approach and problem-solving orientation;
• Flexibility and ability to operate in a dynamic context characterized by complex project activities;
• A good command of the English language will be considered a plus.
