Systra is seeking a Junior Proposal Manager to join the Sales Team in Rome, focusing on international opportunities. You will analyze tender requirements, assist in drafting technical documentation, and coordinate with Business Units globally to strengthen bids.

The role requires a degree in a technical/economic/management field and strong English skills (B2). Hybrid working arrangements are offered in Rome.

Competenze

• Minimum experience as a Proposal Manager or similar role.
• Degree in technical, economic, or management-related disciplines (engineering or architecture is preferable).
• Excellent knowledge of English (minimum B2).
• Knowledge of an additional language is a plus.
• Ability to analyse and understand technical, administrative, and project documentation.
• Excellent writing, summarising, and content organisation skills.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and meet deadlines.

Context

In the context of the Sales Team focused on international opportunities and based in Rome, the Junior Proposal Manager

Missions/Main Duties

• Analyzing tender documentation and the technical, managerial, and financial requirements requested by the client;
• Supporting the preparation of technical bid documentation, contributing to the drafting of technical reports, summary sheets, descriptive documents, work plans, tables, and annexes;
• Collaborating with various company functions, collaborating with the Business Units across the Globe, in collecting, organizing, and enhancing contributions useful to the bidding process.

Profile/Skills

Qualifications and Skills required:

• First experience or minimum experience requested as a Proposal Manager;
• Degree in technical, economic, or management-related disciplines (engineering or architecture is preferable);
• Excellent knowledge of the English language is mandatory (minimum B2)
• The knowledge of an additional language will be considered as a plus;
• Good ability to analyze and understand technical, administrative, and project documentation;
• Excellent writing, summarizing, and content organization skills;
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel;
• Ability to work toward objectives and meet defined deadlines;
• Aptitude for working in multidisciplinary teams;
• Accuracy, reliability, and attention to the quality of work;
• Organizational skills and effective priority management;
• Analytical approach and problem-solving orientation;
• Flexibility and ability to operate in a dynamic context characterized by complex project activities;
• A good command of the English language will be considered a plus.
