Invenco by GVR in Florence, Italy, is seeking a Professional Services Specialist to join its Customer Success team on a hybrid basis. You will work closely with customers, engineering teams, and project managers to deliver technical solutions and a great onboarding experience.

The role focuses on implementing, configuring, and supporting product deployments, UAT, documentation, and travel as needed. Strong English (Italian a plus) and Windows/.NET/SQL knowledge help drive successful outcomes.

Competenze

• Experience working with Windows-based IT environments.
• Knowledge of .NET and SQL (advantageous but not essential).
• Understanding of the fuel retail, forecourt, or petroleum industry would be beneficial.
• Strong spoken and written English skills.
• Italian language skills; Spanish would be an additional advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under deadlines.
• A flexible and adaptable approach to changing environments and customer needs.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, including active listening and empathy.
• Willingness to travel when required.

Mansioni

• Leading customer onboarding, implementation, and deployment activities.
• Understanding customer requirements and translating business needs into practical technical solutions.
• Configuring and customising products, platforms, and applications to meet customer expectations.
• Setting up and maintaining customer laboratories, demo environments, and trade show demonstrations.
• Supporting customer User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new product introductions, enhancements, and ongoing improvements.
• Assisting with pilot installations, local deployments, certifications, and technical rollouts.
• Delivering customer education, guidance, and system configuration support.
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation, operational procedures, and implementation reports.
• Supporting Network Operations Centre (NOC) activities, monitoring central applications, and assisting customers with proactive system management.
• Managing product localisation activities, including translations, master data, images, and customer-specific customisations.
• Contributing to the development of standardised service processes and best practices.
