Vusion is seeking a Solutions Engineer to support customers across Italy and Eastern Europe, designing technical solutions, configuring the platform, and coordinating implementations. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to translate business needs into technical outcomes.

The role requires a solid background in software applications, system integrations, networking, and IT infrastructure, with fluency in Italian and English.

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• 2-4 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Implementation Project Management, or related IT/PM roles.

• Present Vusion solutions to leading retailers across Italy and Eastern Europe.
• Configure Vusion solutions to meet customer requirements.
• Partner with Sales to understand customer business and technical needs.
• Monitor projects with shared tools to meet deadlines and control costs.
• Coordinate implementation projects and ensure successful deployments.
• Troubleshoot issues related to integrations, infrastructure, and configuration.
• Lead cross-functional teams on pre-sales projects for roll-outs.
