Essity Italy is hiring a Payroll Specialist based at our Legnano office to ensure an accurate, compliant, and employee‑centered payroll service. You will support a workforce of about 1,000 across Lucca manufacturing sites and Legnano headquarters, joining a four‑person payroll team.

You will manage master data, oversee Time & Attendance, run end‑to‑end payroll, handle year‑end activities, and deliver analyses for HR, Finance, and audits.

Competenze

• Hold a degree in Economics, Law, Human Resources, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• At least 3 years of payroll experience in a structured organization or with a payroll provider.
• Strong knowledge of labor, tax, social security regulations, and compensation practices.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and compliant with a focus on accuracy.
• Excellent numerical and reporting skills, with advanced Excel proficiency.
• Familiarity with HR/payroll systems; Workday, SAP, or Zucchetti is a plus.

Mansioni

• Manage and maintain employee master data across the lifecycle.
• Oversee Time & Attendance, absences, vacations, overtime, and related transactions.
• Run end-to-end payroll processing with salary, taxes, social security, benefits, and allowances.
• Review payroll results with controls and reconciliations; coordinate corrections.
• Support year-end activities and regulatory obligations (CU, Form 770, INAIL).
• Collaborate with Finance on monthly/annual closings and labor cost accounting.
• Provide payroll/HCM support to HR and internal stakeholders.
• Liaise with external payroll providers for service quality and issue resolution.
• Prepare payroll analyses and reports for HR, Finance, Audit, budgeting.
