ABB in Genova, Italy seeks an experienced service engineer to ensure our Service portfolio is delivered effectively according to ABB standards. You will provide remote or on-site technical support, troubleshoot control logic for energy production systems, and communicate with customers and ABB sales teams to unlock opportunities.

Competenze

• 5+ years in service activities.
• Experience coordinating engineering teams on design of control logic for energy production systems (DEHC, BMS, boiler).
• Knowledge of Sart Reactive Power Regulation and Primary Frequency Regulation.
• Experience commissioning applications and control logic for energy systems.
• Experience with virtualized systems for configuration, operation, and maintenance.
• Expertise with INFI90, Harmony and S+ Suite in operation, engineering and historian.
• Knowledge of Profibus, OPC, ModBus and cybersecurity for power facilities.
• Willingness to travel about two weeks per assignment in Italy; on-call availability.
