CIAS Elettronica S.R.L. in the Milan area is seeking a Technical Service Specialist to join our international team. You will deliver remote and on-site technical support, training, and post-sales consulting for perimeter security solutions.

The role requires several years of technical service experience, strong troubleshooting, and excellent English. You will collaborate with Sales, R&D and Marketing and travel up to 25% of the time to international projects.

Competenze

• Several years of professional experience in technical service, technical support, field service, or a similar role.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English – mandatory.
• Degree, diploma, or equivalent technical background in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, IT, or a related field.
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and technical software/applications.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the working time, both in Italy and internationally.

Mansioni

• Provide remote and on-site technical support to customers, including installation, commissioning, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Diagnose technical issues and identify effective solutions for CIAS security systems.
• Deliver technical training and product demonstrations, both on-site and online, during pre-sales and post-sales activities.
• Provide technical support to the Sales team in Italy and international markets.
• Analyze technical specifications, customer requirements, and international project tenders.
• Support the Sales department during trade shows, seminars, exhibitions, and technical events.
• Work closely with R&D and Technical Marketing to support product development and market activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of technical support processes and customer satisfaction.
