ABB Energy Industries seeks a Digital Sales Specialist to drive revenue growth in Italy. You will own the sales funnel from opportunity through delivery, promoting digital solutions and AI-driven insights for OT/IT integration.

Hybrid work arrangement and strong collaboration with global digital teams support the role. The ideal candidate has a proven digital sales record in industrial IT/OT, excellent Italian and English, and a technical background in Automation or Process Engineering.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Italian and English.
• Familiarity with major CRM tools and data analysis software.
• Experience with software development lifecycle is desirable.
• Engineering background in Automation, Control Systems, Industrial Informatics or Process Engineering preferred.

Mansioni

• Drive sales initiatives for identified and new accounts in Oil & Gas, Chemical & Refinery, Power, Water and related sectors with focus on whitespace.
• Maintain full responsibility of the complete sales funnel from opportunity to closing and delivery to PM.
• Develop and implement Energy Industries digital sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Identify whitespace opportunities and build relationships with new customers while expanding ABB footprint in existing accounts.
• Promote ABB digital solutions leveraging Industrial AI, Advanced Analytics, ML and Digital Twin technologies.
