ABB in Italy (Lombardia) is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead technical interfaces between Maintenance, Production, Engineering and external suppliers. You will troubleshoot, analyze data and drive KPI improvements to ensure reliable equipment performance.

You will manage CMMS data, develop dashboards, and support Engineering in commissioning and start-up of new automation systems. Fluency in Italian and English is expected, with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Automation Engineering or a technical diploma with relevant experience.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills, with a structured approach to troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Knowledge of Power BI and SAP, with familiarity with maintenance strategies and RCA.

Mansioni

• Support maintenance technicians in troubleshooting and resolving equipment failures.
• Coordinate external suppliers and service providers from intervention planning to verification of completed activities.
• Collect, analyze and report maintenance and breakdown data for monitoring KPIs.
• Manage and leverage the CMMS to ensure accurate maintenance records and preventive activities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to provide visibility of maintenance performance and support data-driven decisions.
• Support Engineering in improvements of existing equipment and start-up of new automation systems.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and production efficiency.
