Qualifications

• High school diploma or associate/bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar commercial or customer service support role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, and send customer quotations using SAP, while coordinating pricing activities.
• Manage customer orders, including order entry, verification, production follow-up, and customer confirmations.
• Coordinate deliveries by validating delivery dates, communicating with customers, and resolving any delivery issues.
• Process and monitor invoicing, payments, and outstanding receivables.
• Register, monitor, and manage customer claims, including cost validation.
• Maintain accurate documentation and filing of orders, invoices, and customer correspondence.
