Job summary

Telespazio, part of the Leonardo Space Division, is seeking a Service Management Specialist in Rome. The role focuses on IT Service Management governance, incident/change/request management, and digital transformation initiatives across multiple teams.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in IT Project or Process Management, with ITSM tooling experience (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management) and strong stakeholder communication skills in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in IT Project Management or Process Management
• Experience coordinating IT and digital transformation projects (Agile/Waterfall)
• Familiarity with ITSM processes and ticketing tools ServiceNow or Jira Service Management
• Strong stakeholder management and effective communication with technical and business teams
• Experience working in multi‑team and multidisciplinary environments

Responsibilities

• Support governance of ITSM platforms and processes through analysis, monitoring, and continuous improvement of operational workflows
• Collaborate in managing Incident, Change, and Request Management processes with stakeholders
• Gather, analyze, and formalize functional and operational requirements from various business units
• Design and optimize workflows and business processes focusing on information flows and data quality
• Support creation and maintenance of process documentation (procedures, KPIs, reporting)
• Coordinate project activities including planning, risk management, and progress monitoring
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution consistency and integration with existing processes
