Job summary

SimCorp is seeking a consultant with SimCorp Dimension experience to join our Italy office (Milano/Pistoia/Trieste). You will engage with clients and subject‑matter experts across the globe, delivering Front‑to‑Back solutions and managing incidents to enhance client workflows.

The role emphasizes live production support, configuration maintenance, and collaboration with product management to incorporate future enhancements, aiming at increased automation and superior client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Educational background in finance or economics.
• Experience with SimCorp Dimension solutions.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience within asset management, insurance, superannuation funds, funds management, or custodian.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients regarding production support and overall customer relationship management.
• Provide live support for resolving problems and issues to ensure timely solutions for clients.
• Perform application configuration maintenance and handle daily operational requests.
• Assess customer requirements for system enhancements and relay to product management.
• Co-operate with SimCorp colleagues and clients to deliver best-practice solutions.
• Advise clients on best-practice market solutions related to SimCorp Dimension usage.
• Implement additional functionality in SimCorp Dimension for existing customers.
• Share knowledge and ensure efficient client solutions with other professionals.
• Contribute to training and develop new training materials for clients.
• Contribute to policy development and strategic direction of the function.
• Work the EMEA shift with occasional weekends and public holidays.
