Job summary

Marsh is seeking an Intern to join the Workforce & Organization Transformation Practice in Milan. The 6-month internship involves supporting client projects on HR organization, processes, and analytics, with exposure to change management and leadership development initiatives.

You will collaborate with clients, conduct assessments, analyze data, and contribute to delivering strategic workforce solutions while working in a hybrid setup with Marsh’s guidance and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Economics, Organization, Management Engineering or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Excellent use of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and knowledge of statistical tools; Italian and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing organizational design initiatives and change management activities.
• Collaborate with clients to assess current workforce and organizational structures, processes, and practices.
• Analyze data to identify gaps and opportunities, contributing to solutions in workforce transformation.
• Support the delivery of client meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate findings.
