Marsh is seeking an Intern to join the Workforce & Organization Transformation Practice in Milan. The 6-month internship involves supporting client projects on HR organization, processes, and analytics, with exposure to change management and leadership development initiatives.

You will collaborate with clients, conduct assessments, analyze data, and contribute to delivering strategic workforce solutions while working in a hybrid setup with Marsh’s guidance and mentorship.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Economics, Organization, Management Engineering or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Excellent use of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and knowledge of statistical tools; Italian and English proficiency.

We are looking for an Intern to join the Workforce & Organization Transformation Practice , part of our People & Investments business at Marsh. The position will be based in Milan.

Marsh People & Investments is a global leader in Human Capital consulting, Actuarial and Retirement services, and Investment Management for institutional investors and Wealth Management networks.

Our Transformation Practice supports our clients People Strategy with a specific focus on HR Organization, Processes, Skills, Technology and Analytics.

As a Junior Consultant, you will work closely with clients to develop and implement strategies that drive organizational effectiveness, enhance employee engagement, and optimize workforce performance.

We will count on you to:

• Drive organizational design initiatives that incorporate change management, cultural transformation and leadership development to ensure sustainable impact;
• Collaborate with Clients and conduct comprehensive assessments of their current workforce and organizational structures, processes, and practices.
• Analyze data and develop insights to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement, developing expertise in the transformation area: organization design, process re-engineering, analytics and technology trends.
• Contribute to large complex client projects sale and execute project delivery in line with strategic direction from the project manager;
• Contribute to implementing tailored solutions that align with clients’ strategic goals and addressing their specific workforce and organizational needs;
• Facilitate client meetings (e.g. workshops, focus groups, and other collaborative sessions) and act as a trusted advisor to clients;
• Develop and deliver high-quality presentations, reports, and other deliverables to effectively communicate findings, recommendations, and progress to clients;
• Take part in designing new and innovative solutions, processes and projects in Workforce & Organization Transformation and data driven Organization design;
• Balance multiple project schedules to meet deadlines;
• Implementing strategic workforce planning best practice that delivers value to the business;
• Learn and adapt Mercer standard tools and methodologies and work closely with other Mercer practices in the HR consulting space;
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in workforce and organization transformation, and share knowledge and insights with clients and colleagues.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Economics, Organization, Management Engineering or similar;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations;
• A strong interest, passion and curiosity for design processes and chang management dynamics;
• Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Power point, Excel) and knowledge of statistical tools;
• Italian and English proficiency.
