Job summary

Scalapay S.R.L. is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to join the Growth Marketing team and work with the Head of Growth on a large paid acquisition budget across Italy, Spain, France, and Portugal.

You will be the internal reference for paid acquisition, coordinating with Product and Data, in a fast-moving fintech environment. You will design testing programs, build and optimize landing pages, track events in HubSpot, and translate campaigns into measurable business results such as

Qualifications

2-4 years of growth or performance marketing experience.
Experience with B2B acquisition funnels; B2C a plus.
Hands-on campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads with a total annual budget of at least EUR 500K.
Experience directing an external media agency.
CRM experience, especially HubSpot.

Responsibilities

Set budget, objectives, and allocations across funnels and markets; direct the agency.
Design and run structured creative testing programs, from hypothesis to result.
Build, test, and optimize landing pages with A/B tests across funnels.
Own acquisition tracking and HubSpot flows; fix issues and track events.
Advise the marketing team on paid support and create briefs for the agency.
Bridge campaigns to business results like merchants, subscribers, and margins.
