Job summary

Satispay is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to own the Domain’s data and KPI framework across product teams in a high-velocity fintech environment. You will partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and Operations to turn user behaviour into actionable product recommendations and drive data-informed decisions.

You will design and monitor experiments, build self-service dashboards, and help leadership understand performance across activation, adoption, usage, retention, monetisation, and risk

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product analytics, data analytics, or BI roles within consumer apps/fintech.
• Solid command of funnel, cohort, retention, and segmentation analysis.
• Experience with fintech KPIs and experimentation is a strong plus.
• Able to translate technical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the Domain’s Data - Define, maintain, and evolve the KPI framework for the domain.
• Turn Behaviour into Insight - Analyse user behaviour and identify drop-offs and needs, then translate into recommendations.
• Drive Experimentation - Shape the experimentation roadmap and define metrics, sizes, and readouts.
• Support Product Decisions End to End - Size opportunities, build business cases, measure post-launch impact.
• Build Monitoring & Self-Service Tools - Create dashboards (Hex/Looker) for real-time visibility.
