Job summary

Satispay is seeking a MarTech Lead to turn technology, AI and data into the company’s next growth engine. You’ll lead a team of AI engineers and growth managers, own the roadmap, and scale referral systems and data products.

Your day-to-day includes incubating growth features, defining priorities, running experiments, and shipping features that move business metrics. We operate a hybrid model with three days in-office in Lombardy and flexible remote time.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in marketing/growth, tech product management and/or software engineering.

Responsibilities

• Incubate growth features - turn ideas into MVPs and learning.
• Be the tech and AI voice in Marketing & Growth.
• Lead and grow a team of AI engineers and growth managers.
• Own the roadmap and sprints - define priorities and delivery.
• Own and scale referral loops - design, test and scale referral mechanics.
• Build and ship data products - production-ready AI/web apps.
• Grow Satispay organically - manage website, content, SEO/technical performance.
