Atlante Italia is seeking a Business Controller to be the analytical co-pilot for the CEO. You will gather and interpret operational, commercial, energy, and CAPEX data, challenge assumptions, and provide actionable recommendations to steer strategic decisions.

This role focuses on profitability, site-level economics, capital allocation, and KPI development within a hybrid Milan office. Collaboration with Group Controlling ensures aligned financial planning and forecasting.

Competenze

• A business-partner mindset, not an accountant's: reasons in terms of return on capital, prioritisation, and decision support
• Proactive, with independent insight: anticipates questions and concepts rather than waiting to be guided
• Gravitas to sit with the CEO, a Country Manager, or the parent company and challenge a business decision with the numbers in hand
• Comfortable with incomplete data and evolving tools of a scale-up, and able to build them
• Strong analytics paired with sharp, concise communication

Mansioni

• Act as the analytical co-pilot of the CEO of Atlante Italia: bring sharp, concise analysis and recommendations that drive decisions
• Run detailed analyses of company performance and build ad hoc business cases to explore new scenarios and drive profitability
• Analyse site and cohort economics, utilization, and margins, explain variances and actions
• Own CAPEX analysis: actual vs budget, time-to-energization, IRR and payback of investments
• Design and evolve KPIs and dashboards to steer the business
• Contribute to planning, budgeting, and forecasting, challenging assumptions
• Provide proactive interpretation of financial and operational matters to inform decisions
• Work with other departments to ensure consistency of strategies and improve practices
• Identify, quantify and share risks/opportunities, with concrete recommendations
• Prepare periodic reporting (accurate and timely, but not the core of the role)
