BCD Travel in Milan is seeking a Financial Controller/Junior Controller to join the finance team. You will manage month-end closings, forecasts, budgeting, and support the senior finance manager with strategic insights.
This is a full-time hybrid role: remote in Milan with 1 day per week in the office, plus occasional in-person collaboration. Proficiency in SAP FI/CO, BPC, BW or AS/400 and strong Excel skills are essential.
Competenze
- Degree in Economics or Finance or equivalent experience.
- Experience as a financial or business controller.
- Proactive, able to inform and advise your manager on controlling activities.
- Advanced Excel and SAP knowledge (FI/CO, BPC, BW).
- Fluent in English and Italian.
Mansioni
- Monthly analytical closing process for one country in EMEA.
- Prepare data and analytics reports for business controlling.
- Handle financial planning, budgeting and rolling forecasts.
- Support daily business operations and audits.
- Analyze data to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities.
- Participate in cross-functional workgroups and projects.
- Assist in aligning financial reporting across countries.
