Victaulic Company is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive HVAC product and system sales across Northern Italy. You will promote the Victaulic HVAC solutions, train regional teams, and pursue specifications with Owners and consulting engineers.

You will visit sites, demonstrate installations, and coordinate with distributors and colleagues to achieve budgets while delivering excellent customer service. English proficiency is required and travel across Italy is expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in sales/technical roles in HVAC/mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with mechanical applications or ability to learn quickly.
• Customer-focused and ambitious with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel across Italy and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English.

Mansioni

• Promote Victaulic system for binding applications and HVAC solutions.
• Ensure knowledge of Victaulic solutions in the region through seminars, trainings, literature, and technical support.
• Pursue acceptance and specification by Owners and Engineering Consulting firms.
• Demonstrate proper installation of the Victaulic system on-site when required.
• Visit job sites and follow up on installation; train contractor personnel as needed.
• Coordinate with other sales colleagues in the territory.
• Liaise with the local Victaulic distributor and maintain information flow.
• Report weekly to the Sales Director on activities and marketing information and achieve sales budgets.
