The ideal candidate has 6+ years in HVAC field service, a technical engineering background, and proven supervisory experience with strong English and Italian communication skills.

Qualifications

• Min. 6 years field service experience in HVAC systems (repairs, on-site maintenance).
• Previous supervisory / team-leader experience with team-building skills.
• Fluent Italian with very good English reading, writing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities of a team of technicians to deliver high-quality service.
• Ensure best-in-class customer support through resource planning and field administration.
• Lead field service technicians across North East Italy to ensure top customer experience.
• Set objectives for service technicians and provide coaching and training.
• Monitor field service work and vacation planning; ensure processes are followed.
• Develop and maintain communication with Service leader and peers.
