Hitachi is seeking a Field Service Engineer to execute service tasks across installation, commissioning, maintenance, repairs, upgrades and retrofits on high-voltage equipment. You will troubleshoot issues on-site and remotely, coordinate materials, and report outcomes for customer sign-off.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and strong customer relationships, with extensive travel within Italy and a hybrid work model to support field assignments.

Competenze

• HV field service experience
• Ability to travel within Italy (>80%)
• Fluency in Italian and English

Mansioni

• Perform service tasks across installation, commissioning, maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and retrofits.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Coordinate availability and quality of materials, parts, and tools for service activities.
• Prepare documentation and reports for customer sign-off.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and understand their needs.
• Apply safety and environmental practices and report unsafe conditions.
