Hitachi Energy Ltd. is seeking an experienced Service professional to execute site activities on transformers, delivering high-quality customer service and identifying new service opportunities within Italy.

The role requires a electrical technical diploma, 5+ years in a similar transformers role, and full availability to travel in Italy. You will work across installation, commissioning, and maintenance tasks while coordinating with customers and internal teams.

Competenze

Electrical technical diploma required.
5+ years in a similar Transformers role.
Willingness to travel 100% in Italy.
Bilingual Italian and English.

Mansioni

Perform Service tasks like Installation and Commissioning of equipment and routine maintenance independently.
Identify technical problems and analyze them via remote or on-site activity in various Service categories.
Coordinate, prepare and ensure materials, parts and equipment are available and of suitable quality for Service activities.
Prepare all documents and reports to be signed by customer representatives and report work done in a timely manner.
