Hitachi Energy in Italy is seeking an experienced professional to execute service site activities on transformers, following standard processes, quality and safety guidelines. You will deliver quality customer service in close cooperation with customers and internal teams.

Your tasks include installation and commissioning, routine maintenance, diagnosing issues, coordinating materials, reporting, and ensuring safe operations. Will travel across Italy and collaborate with subcontractors.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role inside Transformers field.
• Good knowledge of Italian and English.
• Availability to travel (100%) in Italy.

Mansioni

• Execute Service site activities on Transformers in accordance with Hitachi Energy standard processes, quality standards and safety guidelines.
• Perform Service tasks like Installation and Commissioning and routine maintenance independently.
• Identify technical problems and analyze them through remote or on-site activity in different Service categories.
• Coordinate materials, parts and equipment and ensure availability and quality for Service activities.
• Prepare documents and reports to be signed by the customer representative and report work done in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot simple equipment failures and propose preventive measures.
• Provide recommendations to management to improve operations and customer service.
• Apply safety rules and environmental responsibilities and report unsafe practices.
• Coordinate subcontractors for the scope.
