Hitachi Field Service Engineer role responsible for installation, commissioning, maintenance, repairs and upgrades of HV equipment, delivering reliable service with safety at the forefront.

You will travel across Italy (>80%), coordinate parts and tools, and prepare reports for customer sign-off while maintaining strong client relationships.

Fluency in Italian and English is required and you will join a collaborative team in a hybrid work model with flexible hours.

As a Field Service Engineer, you will execute service tasks across installation, maintenance, repairs, and upgrades while adhering to Hitachi Energy standards and safety guidelines. You will work hands-on with HV equipment, analyze technical issues on-site or remotely, and ensure customer satisfaction through reliable service delivery. You will coordinate materials and report outcomes, driving improvements to prevent repeated faults. This role offers front-line impact in a mission-driven energy tech environment with substantial field travel.
