Renrui HR is seeking an EHS, Security & Loss Prevention leader for a fast-growing logistics hub in Lombardy, Italy. The role requires building local HSE policies, managing security infrastructure, and ensuring 24/7 safety in a high-pressure warehouse environment.

You will drive regulatory compliance, incident investigations, and a robust safety culture while collaborating with authorities and internal teams. On-site, Italian fluency and English proficiency are essential, with Mandarin a plus.

Competenze

• 3–5 years in EHS, Security, or Loss Prevention within logistics, express delivery, e‑commerce fulfillment, or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Italian labor laws and occupational safety (D.Lgs. 81/08).
• Willingness to be 100% on-site in a warehouse environment; fast-paced, 24/7 operations.
• Fluency in Italian and English; Mandarin a plus.

Mansioni

• Establish local HSE policies from scratch in compliance with Italian regulations.
• Oversee physical security, CCTV, access control, and shrinkage prevention; manage external security vendors.
• Conduct regular on-site safety audits and enforce PPE usage among staff and drivers.
• Develop and drill Emergency Response Plans and lead incident investigations.
• Organize mandatory HSE training and foster a strong Safety First culture.
