Jobtailor is seeking an HSE professional to support the launch and ongoing operation of a highly automated manufacturing site in Lombardy. You will ensure compliance with local laws and Nestlé HSE principles, integrating safety into planning and execution.

The role involves risk management, safety training, and collaboration across teams. The ideal candidate has a technical degree, 4–5 years in a similar role, and fluency in Italian and English.

Competenze

• University degree in technical studies.
• Engineering background preferred.
• 4–5 years experience in a similar role.
• Experience in the Manufacturing sector; food factory experience is a plus.
• Proficient knowledge of Italian and English.
• CV submitted in English.

Mansioni

• Support installation, start-up, and operation of production systems during site launch.
• Ensure compliance with local legislation and HSE standards.
• Integrate SHE into planning and reviews; implement risk management per RSPP.
• Check site controls for employees, contractors, and visitors with proper signage and risk management.
• Deliver HSE support including exposure monitoring, health surveillance, and training.
• Participate in key meetings and LEAN initiatives; drive continuous safety improvements.
• Communicate effectively across organizational levels.
