Opdenergy is seeking a skilled HSE Technician to support its projects in Italy. You will ensure compliance with Italian HSE legislation, support ISO 45001 and ISO 14001, and maintain risk assessments and environmental records.

In this hybrid role, you will conduct site inspections, monitor PPE usage, coordinate contractor documentation, and contribute to continuous HSE improvements while reporting to the Corporate HSE department.

Competenze

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
• At least 2 years in a similar HSE role, preferably in renewables, construction or industrial settings.
• Good knowledge of Italian HSE legislation.
• Experience with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.

Mansioni

• Ensure compliance with Italian HSE legislation and project permits.
• Support ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
• Prepare and maintain HSE documentation and risk assessments.
• Assist internal and external HSE audits and inspections.
• Carry out regular site inspections for HSE compliance.
• Monitor PPE usage and safe working practices.
• Coordinate contractor documentation and site access requirements.
• Manage Environmental Monitoring Plan and related measures.
• Deliver toolbox talks and safety briefings when required.
• Support investigation of incidents and root-cause analysis.
• Collect and analyze HSE KPIs and contribute to improvements.
