Evoca Group, a world-leading producer of professional coffee and vending machines, seeks an HSE Specialist to strengthen our Health, Safety & Environment Team in Lombardia. You will drive regulatory compliance, risk assessments, and health surveillance, coordinating with sites and partners to embed safety culture.
The role requires a degree in engineering, ASPP/RSPP certification, 5+ years in HSE, and strong knowledge of Italian safety laws and ISO standards.
Competenze
- Degree in Engineering or related field
- ASPP/RSPP Modules A, B and C certified
- 5+ years in a similar HSE role in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of Italian health and safety law (D.L. 81/2008)
- Experience with ISO 45001/ISO 14001
- Experience in risk assessment and hazard ID
Mansioni
- Coordinate prevention and protection activities to ensure compliance with regulations
- Maintain and update HSE documentation (DVR and records)
- Coordinate mandatory HSE training with external partners
- Support occupational health surveillance with Medico Competente
- Carry out internal audits and inspections for compliance
- Collaborate with departments to promote safety practices
- Support initiatives to improve health, safety and environmental performance
